These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Last Line (the "Game"), operated by the developer of Last Line ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use social features such as chat, alliances, and messaging. By using those features you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to play.
Your progress is tied to an account and may be linked to your platform or a recovery method. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your device and any linked credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game except as permitted by law.
When using chat and social features, you agree not to:
We may moderate, remove content, mute, or ban accounts that violate these rules. You can report messages in-game.
You retain ownership of the messages and content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Game for the purpose of operating its features. You are solely responsible for content you post.
The Game includes online features that depend on our servers and your connection. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability or loss of virtual items resulting from such changes or from account termination.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop playing at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and virtual items are forfeited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and you may be asked to review and accept them in-game. Continued play after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
