Delete Your Account

Last Line: Survival · Published by Stonepaw, LLC · Last updated: 30 August 2026

The short version. You can delete your Last Line: Survival account and its data yourself, from inside the game, in under a minute: open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. If you cannot open the game, email support@lastlinegame.com and we will do it for you. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, in the game (fastest)

  1. Open Last Line: Survival on the device where you play.
  2. Tap the Settings (gear) button.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the settings list.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Read the warning and tap Continue.
  6. Type DELETE in the box to confirm, then tap Delete Forever.

You must be online for this to work — the deletion happens on our servers, not just on your device. If you see a message asking you to reconnect, join a network and try again.

There is no waiting period and no review step — the request is carried out at once. You will be returned to a new, empty game. Your progress, purchases, currency and survivors cannot be recovered afterwards, by you or by us.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it for you

Use this if you have lost access to your device, cannot open the game, or would simply rather we handled it.

  1. Email support@lastlinegame.com with the subject line Account deletion request.
  2. Tell us your in-game name and your Player ID. Your Player ID is shown in the game's Settings list. If you can still open the game, the easiest way is to tap Contact Support in Settings — it opens an email with your Player ID already filled in.
  3. Tell us which platform you played on (iOS or Android).
  4. If you linked an email address to your account, send the request from that address — it is how we confirm the account is yours.

We will verify that the account belongs to you and then delete it. We aim to complete requests within 7 days, and will always complete them within 30 days of verifying your identity. We will email you to confirm when it is done. We may ask one follow-up question if we cannot match the details you give us to an account; we will not ask you for your password.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed from our servers. This is a hard delete, not a deactivation or a hidden record.

DataWhat it covers
Your account and login identifiersThe account itself, the device identifier used to sign you in, and any email address you linked for account recovery.
Your game saveCamp, buildings, survivors, chapter and tutorial progress, settings and preferences.
Your balances and inventoryGold, recruit tickets, resources, speed-ups, items and any unspent purchased currency.
Your competitive recordsLeaderboard entries, combat power records, alliance membership and your world-map position.
Purchase records held by usOur server-side record of your in-app purchases and entitlements.
Analytics eventsThe gameplay event records we hold that are tied to your account.
Notification tokenThe push-notification token registered for your device.

What is kept, and for how long

A small amount of information is not removed by deleting your account. We keep it only where we need it to protect other players, to meet a legal obligation, or because it is held by a third party rather than by us.

DataWhy it is keptHow long
Chat messages you postedMessages sit in shared alliance and world channels alongside other players' messages, and are needed for abuse investigations.Kept on a rolling moderation window, then deleted. Not removed at the moment you delete your account.
Moderation reportsReports filed by you or about you, so that reported behaviour can still be investigated and repeat abuse detected.Up to 12 months.
Alliance activity historyAlliance event logs belong to the alliance, not to one member, and other members still rely on them. For the life of the alliance.
Enforcement recordsWhere an account was banned for cheating or abuse, a minimal record so the ban cannot be reset by deleting and re-registering.Retained as long as necessary for that purpose.
Crash and diagnostic reportsHeld by our diagnostics provider (Google Firebase Crashlytics), which is separate from your game account.Under that provider's own retention schedule.
Purchase records held by the app storesApple and Google keep their own record of your transactions. We cannot delete data held in your Apple or Google account.Under Apple's and Google's policies.
Transaction records required by lawA minimal record needed for refunds, chargebacks, accounting and tax.As long as the law requires, typically several years.

Where we keep any of the above, we keep the least we can, and we delete or irreversibly de-identify it once the reason for keeping it has passed.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If you have an active Last Line subscription, cancel it in your device's store settings — iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If you delete your account without cancelling, the store will keep billing you.

Purchases and refunds

Deleting your account forfeits everything you have bought. Unspent gold, unopened bundles and unused subscription time are not refunded, and cannot be restored or transferred to a new account. If you want a refund, request it from Apple or Google before you delete — we cannot issue store refunds on your behalf, and once the account is gone we have no record with which to support your request.

Other requests

If you would rather not delete everything, you can also ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct information that is wrong, or restrict how we use it. Email support@lastlinegame.com and tell us what you need. Your full rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
